It may also be used for communication and marketing purposes to keep you informed of events or developments in EJ’s offerings.
The processing activities implemented by EJ are therefore based on:

The Data collected is intended for EJ’s internal departments responsible for managing customer relations and performing orders or contracts. Collected in a commercial and/or contractual context, it is processed by EJ’s sales and accounting departments.
It may also be transmitted to subcontractors such as third-party carriers responsible for product delivery or service providers in charge of the electronic delivery and digitization of mail and invoices.
EJ may also be required to disclose Data to third parties when required by law, to ensure and preserve its security, to protect its rights or interests, to respond to any request from public authorities, or to enforce its rights before courts.
If your Data is processed outside the European Union, EJ will take all necessary measures with its subcontractors and partners to ensure an adequate level of Data protection, in full compliance with applicable regulations.
CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING DATA

The hosting provider and EJ implement organizational, technical, software and physical security measures to protect Data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the internet is not a fully secure environment and EJ cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information over the internet.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
